I like it a lot but it's kind of long for my short frane

I love this waist trainer!!!! It doesn't bunch up and it helps keep my posture straight. I started with the XXL in July and I am currently wearing a L in August. I started using it hatter having my baby and got the ok from my doctor to start dieting and execersising. Before purchasing the garment make sure you google how to properly measure your waist for a waist trainer. Many people complained about how the garment fit too big. Remember to measure an inch above your belly button and suck your stomach in as much as possible. When you get your garment the first days are going to be really uncomfortable first, but then your waist will start getting smaller! I'm truly happy with this purchase

First time i try a waist trainer and i love it!! Its so comfy. Im 5 4 and 150lbs. Im not gonna lie, at first it felt so tight and i thought it would be impossible to fit a medium but.. it fits!! And i love it.

I never write reviews but I am absolutely pleased with this purchase. I am blown away by the quality! Material is nice and thick compared to what I've received before from other low priced vendors. This one is the best by far. I'm about 5 5 and usually a small/medium in clothes. I weigh 128lbs and ordered a small. I know these things are suppose to fit really tight. I managed to get it on the loosest hooks of the 3. Which is what I wanted. I'm hoping to get to the tightest over time. Very happy with this purchase! Exactly what I was looking for :-)

Absolutely love my waist cincher. After just a few days, I now use the middle row of hook & eye closures. First, I apply Sweet Stuff (bought on Amazon) to target area of waist. Wrap with at least 3 go rounds of cellophane. Put on Slender 8 waist trimmer. Put on waist cincher. At the end of workout or vacuuming entire house, undo all the above. Sweat is dripping from target area. Important: Drink plenty of water throughout day to stay hydrated.

I measure a little under 30 inch through the middle and ordered an extra large. It fits comfortably on the middle hooks and is made nice for the price. It has a satin feel and seems to be quite durable.

It gets the job done but if you think your a large get a 2XL. This is well made and does wonders with your waist and posture. I had to return the original size because it was too tight.
