I got the Medium - Black (25 Bones, Breathable). I’m a 34D. I’m 5’2” 155 lbs and my body measurements are 38-32-43. I’m basically a slightly overweight hourglass body type and my love handles are what makes everything I wear look unflattering. I’m hoping this waist trainer will help me lose some inches on my waist but I just got it today and I struggled to put it on initially which is exactly what you want in a waist trainer. I was debating getting a Small but the Medium was a good starting point especially since I’m starting on the last hook. I’ve tried waist trainers before but they’ve always been super uncomfortable since I have such a short torso. Yes, it does accentuate my upper back fat but that’s nothing a good bra won’t fix. I highly recommend this waist trainer to short girls with short torsos. Trust me, I know the struggle. I absolutely love this product. It does roll i tiny bit at the top but that's because i haven't put in enough work to tone up under my armpits. I wear it all day except when running. I even wear it lifting boxes and working it's great.

I love it its very thick sturdy and comfortable just what I was looking for and half the price of the luxx curves but just as effective. Im a size 8 and I ordered a xl it was a bit small but it was comfortable

I am so impressed!!! I have ordered 3 different kinds of girdles/waist trainers/Fajas looking for specifically compression to my stomach area after a tummy tuck and lipo360. All of them through Amazon and they really were awful. A lady on a surgery page on FB recommended this one and I just got it in the mail today. Tried it on... and omg!!! The material is so thick and feel like quality. Because it was so good I did struggle a bit to bend the material to hook myself up but I’m loving it!!!! So happy I ran across that ladies review!! Sizing is accurate too. So follow the recommendations. I have a 29inch waist and my hips are 46inches. I also have a long torso but ordered the short torso in large and I’m on the second hook. May have been able to size down but that’s okay.

This is my second waist trainer. Last time I bought the same brand but the longer one which was too long on me. I ended up purchasing this one and the length is so much better for me. I’m 5’2 and this one is perfect. However I ordered the size small which is not my right size I should of got a medium. I’m 146 pounds. As long as you get the correct size it’s perfect. I added a picture of the longer one next to this one so you can see size comparison.

This is the best I have ever had. I purchased this item in January 2018. After trying so many waist trainers, this is by far the best I have tried. It snuggles nicely, stays in place, and holds everything together. I saw a huge positive difference on my waistline after a short time use. After achieving my waist length desire, I only wore it every now and then up until November 2009 when I started trying to conceive until September 2020 when I had my baby.I started wearing the waist trainer again a month after delivery; it was extremely tight around the waist with my postpartum weight but, I was bent on loosing the weight especially around my waistline. It worked as expected.After a month of use, thus, the result is the torn picture you see. What I would have done differently was to get a large size until I’m able to fit into the medium size again. I help someone finds this helpful.

I've had this product for about a month and I highly recommend this! I'm 5'1, 145 punds, and I got a medium. I've bought other waist trainers and it sucked because they were all to long for me. This one fit perfectly. It was a bit uncomfortable for the first day or 2. Now i wear this daily for long periods of time and at work and ot doesn't bother me at all.

First of all GET YOUR REAL SIZE, bought mine a size smaller thinking I can get into it and had to loose weight for it, so its true to its chart, measure your tummy. At first you will feel too tight like you can't breath, you will breath. Does make a difference on the way your clothes will look. Make sure you wear a tank top under (between trainer and skin) I didn't and because of sweat got stuck when I pulled it off got like 2 blister size of skin off (totally my fault) and I wear one on top to minimize the wires showing. Started on the first row of hooks now on the last one after 3 weeks of just wearing for work.Height 5'0Weight when I started wearing 155 lbsSize XL

I really like that this has steel bones because I can feel the extra support! I’m 5’6”, 140 pounds and have a 28” waist. I went with a small, even though the size chart says medium for me. I recommend going down one size! This one fits perfectly for me.

Fits perfectly. It is my exact waist size at its slackest, which will allow for it to be tightened over time. My waist is 34 I ordered a Medium.

I purchased the black 25 steel bone waist trainer (short torso) ... I’m about 125lbs and got an XSThis product is made of a latex material and is very sturdy. Doesn’t seem cheap either.The first time I tried it on I struggled 20 min to put it on, it was extremely tight (but that’s what I was looking for) and as days have gone by it’s been easier to put on as my body is changing...Having said that I do wear it many hours a day , around 16 hrs ( I don’t work out with it) .I’ve tried many other waist trainers and this one is by far my favorite... good quality, good price, and doesn’t stretch much.Ladies waist training does take time so don’t think it’s gonna happen over night ! You must be committed.

I have a short torso and I absolutely love this product. It’s so comfortable and gives me a lot of support I wear it to the gym and can workout just fine. I also wear just because i love how it makes me feel. I do not sleep in it. I know a lot of people who experience pain relief from it because it makes you sit up straight. How ever I do not experience pain relief.

Exactly as described. I got the XS because I wanted a very tight fit. (I'm 5'-120lbs for size reference) It starts getting a bit uncomfortable after a few hours but that is to be expected.Overall happy with this purchase and recommend it for short torso ladies.

This is the result after 3 weeks of wearing the waist trainer almost everyday. I slept in it almost every night and wore it for a bit during the day. The majority of the time I wore it while sleeping. I am very happy with the results and already need a smaller size! I started off at a 32” waist and am now 29”. I got a size medium, but I should’ve gotten a size smaller so it could be tighter. I was 125 pounds and am now at 120. This is a perfect way to get a slimmer figure in a short amount of time!
