The best way to describe how this product works is that it cinches the waist. It's not structure wear designed to be worn with regular clothes. It's designed to cinch your waist, tucking it in so well that you train your body into the small waist, hourglass figure of your dreams. I am 5'0 and purchased the medium size. I started wearing it just one hour the first day, two hours the next day, and so on until I could wear it for a decent amount of time. I notice a difference in my waist so I believe it works but it just takes time.

i really likes this product , it is good at supporting your back , i do not know if it exactly promotes an hour glass figure but it helps promote proper posture and will bring out the natural curves your body possesses.

It did not make me sweat as much as my other waist trainer, because the material is different, and this is actually just a back brace being pitched as a hourglass body shaper. I have been using the product for 3 weeks not and have not noticed a large difference in my waist, but my back hurts less and i can keep a firmer belly when working out as this will remind you.

Fits amazing using for postpartum

My belt fit as I expected it would..... just right! I have been wearing it since I purchased it and have lost inches off my waist. I even had to put an extra hole in my belt because the loop i usually use was not holding my jeans up. Very excited that I bought this item, have higher confidence and can now wear dresses that's been hidden in my closet for years.

Love it!! I got the medium size. I'm 5'2 and weight about 135. Trying to get rid of my muffin top and so far i sweat from my belly and make lifting weights easier. Quality is perfect.

This waist trainer met all of my expectations. Its a little larger than I expected though, but that's because I thought it ran small so I got a larger size. Overall satisfied though.

This trainer is awesome. In 20 days, I've lost a total of 2 inches from my waist. I sleep in it and wear it most of the day (I work from home). Most importantly, I work out in it. Working out is essential to actually losing inches and toning this area of the body. Before working out, I prep my stomach/waist area with an oil that I made that contains key essential oils that heats the skin to induce sweating, I then wrap my stomach with saran wrap and them top it with the trainer. I am very happy with this product and would definitely recommend it if you're using it in conjunction with an exercise routine.

Best corset that I've purchased so far. I've used others but they tend to roll and if you all day at work the corset moves. However, this corset stays in place all day and it's comfortable. I'm 5'8 and wear a 10-12. Size large fit me perfectly.
