This waist trainer is great used others in the past and they only hurt me and didn't give me any results, not only am I shrinking my waist it provides great back support as well❤️

It is smaller than I expected but adjustable. I'm a bit of a stalky build and was able to somewhat adjust it so it fits snug and comfortable. I really do love it!

This thing is great! I use it during exercise, walking, and in the sauna. It really makes you sweat more. It works best with diet and exercise!

This is the best belt I have used so far! Very happy with the product, I use it in the day time and it is so perfect. I ordered the L size although my pants are Medium fit. I would suggest to go for one size bigger if you are ordering this product since it has the adjustable velcro strap to make it loose or tight. Exremely happy with this product hence goes the five stars :)

I wanted to explain this is not for you to have hour glass, its really only good for you to correct your posture. If you use it for other reason, well your not smart enough umm ya.

It's very nice! Wish I would have have gotten a size smaller though! It's not as tight as I would like it to be.

Make sure you check the size chart, true to size. Great quality, can definitely hold up for quite some time. Great for the gym with awesome back support, a bonus if you do squats, deadlifts, or anything in that nature. It is velcro but not cheaply made, will not burst open mid lift/squat. Very comfortable to sleep in as well if you are purchasing for Waste training, which is what i am currently using it for. I don't suggest using it under clothing if you want to be discrete since it's kind of bulky do to the double strap. I do wish it was longer!

This was a birthday gift to my sister and she said she loves it. Has produced home workout video using the trainer belt.

I took my time to leave this review since I wanted to try the product on my daily basis workout routine and it did great!! Fit is perfect for my body (I'm not the skinny type) and my back effort has been releived a lot since I used this waist trainer.
I would buy again definitely.

Fits great and easy to use

The best shaper belt I've ever used! So comfortable, but still effective. I can't speak on the longevity of the product, as I haven't had it for long, but for the price, I would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely love it. Only used once for a cardio session. I love that you can make it tight af or looser for just back support. I bought this because my lifting belt is too big now that I'm 5 weeks out from my NPC show and lost a lot of body fat. My lower back gives me problems, so I constantly wear a belt and thus does the job so far. These pics part of it is covered by my shorts.
