I usually don't write reviews but this one is excellent, is soft, you feel the support as soon as you try it on and also shapes your waist perfectly, my waist without it is 29 in and I'm 124 pounds and M was awesome, highly recommend this product. I'm so pleased with it I'll use it every day

Best one I’ve come across yet! Great support and it’s actually super comfortable even with my belly ring in. I would recommend this 1000% really snatches me up. This is a mustWithin the first week or two I went from from the first hook to the third, I may have to size down a bit but not right now. My original purchase was an XL and there was not enough compression. I immediately started the return process and reached out to the Seller and they immediately responded and walked me through the return process as well as how I could repurchase for the same price as I had purchased under the sales price. I ordered the new waist trainer size Med and wasn’t sure if I wanted to keep it but the design made me hold onto it. The waist trainer is constructed precisely and I’m glad that I kept the product and look forward to ordering from them in the future.

It’s not too tight or lose .

I was skeptical about the size got but I got an xl and it fit perfect. It's super comfortable. I have had it for almost a month now and I have no complaints. Once I drop a few pounds I will be ordering a smaller one. I wore it our the other day for about three and yall this thing had me sweating. It definitely gets the job done

I haven’t tried a waist trainer before. So I was skeptical about this one. When I got it, I thought it wasn’t gonna fit. I’m a heavy girl (5’6, 220 pounds) and it took me a good 15 minutes to put on. But once I did it instantly cinched my waist and gave me the flat stomach I was looking for. It’s virtually invisible under clothing unless you’re wearing something skin tight, and it’s pretty comfortable. I was afraid that it would make it hard for me to breathe but that isn’t the case at all. It’s light, it’s breathable, it seriously does help my posture, and I can still move in it! It’s helped a lot with my back pain from years of slouching, and I wear it all the time. I seriously love this product. It takes a few wears to get it to stretch, but now I can have it on in 2 minutes or less. The bars really add great support. Now if I had to pick one thing to nag on, it would probably be that it pushes all my fat to the bottom of the waist trainer so I can’t really wear dresses with it because they look weird. But that’s my only complaint. Under regular clothes it works well. I love exercising in it and going on walks. I hope to be able to move down a set of rungs in the future. All in all a great product and I would definitely buy again

I have been looking for an affordable yet effective waist trainer and LADIES! THIS. IS IT!! I am 5'7 & I weigh about 165lbs & I bought a medium. The medium fits great, I could've gotten a small for a more snug fit. I wore this trainer under my clothing & I had no bulkiness or bulging. I wore this trainer for 12 hours going about my daily work routine, (bending, lifting, and standing on my feet) with no problems. This trainer stayed in place, no rolling or sliding. This trainer is long enough to fit my entire torso including my fupa, lol. I look forward to ordering a small soon. Very great back support as well. You won't be didappointed at all!

I originally had a large waist trainer but from another manufacturer. I loved it and was looking for something similar to it. This one is definitely amazing!! It literally snatches everything! I’m 170 and my waist ranges from a 30-29. When I first tried it on it was super tight! But after wearing it for a couple hours it wasn’t so bad. Can’t wait to be able to hook it to the last hook! Definitely recommend this waist trainer! But again if you truly want the best out of this keep up with diets and work outs!

Absolutely in love with this! Fits perfect . No bending what so ever and the breaking in is as expected . I would definitely buy from this company again in the future. Their product is high quality and sturdy !

By far the best one I have purchased! Of course it had a tiny rubber scent to it, but it does not bother or affect me at all. (I wiped it down with scented baby wipes and it’s fine) the texture is awesome! Overall supper happy with my purchase.
I’m 4”11, 160 lbs, and purchased the medium size, it is pretty tight but I’m comfortable with it.

I am 4’11 I weigh about 110 pounds and I ordered the XS. I’m not going to lie I did have a hard time putting this bad boy on lol make sure you have someone to help you. And once you have it on it doesn’t hurt at all and it’s very comfortable surprisingly and you can do your daily activities with ease! I would definitely recommend this product!

Brought this one for my exercise, I wear it for workout and it fits! Waist training really work! This product is nice quality and the size chart is accurate. It is very firm and makes me sweat during exercise. I When I am wearing it, I can feel my back is well supported an feel my core it too. I really like it!

This is a very sturdy waist slimming belt. It is easy to put on, and comfortable to wear.
It was a little bit small for me but I like that because it helps me with my goals, and helps me suck in more.

I’m 5’5 around 185-190 pounds and I ordered an XL. It fits PERFECT! I seen people complaining about the smell but if u ordered waist trainers before u know that some latex products do come with a scent of rubber. What really amazes me is that it’s super comfortable.

So to preface, I don’t write reviews. I actually think this is my first one ever. Anyways, I did a bunch of research before I finally ordered a waist trainer & I’m extremely happy with my purchase. One of the concerns I had was it being too short, I have owned them in the past and they never seemed to fully cover my lower stomach, this one does (For reference purposes I’m 5’7)! I purchased the hook eye option and fair warning, getting those hooks done takes work. Worth it though because you have the option to size down. I also read on other product reviews that the outside band that goes around the waist is pointless. Not the case with this one, it offers the ability to further tighten the trainer. Another thing I really like is that it’s not bulky & doesn’t leave weird fat bulging out of the top of bottom. Although I haven’t, I believe this could be discretely worn under normal clothes (Meaning not gym clothes) if they weren’t skin tight. However, if you’re looking for something to wear under a body con dress, this isn’t it. I think you would see the waist strap, but no biggie for me because I didn’t buy it for that purpose. I didn’t use the size chart when I ordered. I’m a size 8 and usually wear medium, so I went with that. I highly recommend this product, and will order again when I wear it out!
