I have a bad back and it hurts to bend and lift things. While this is probably great for waist training, it really helps my back when I’m doing things like camping or anything strenuous! I’m a size 14 normally and got an XL and it fits perfectly.

Well this belt is really amazing and very soft and comfortable cozy . My size is large but I ordered medium size n it fit perfectly.

At first it was to small but my lazy butt just had to suck in a oil fat to get in it but I love it so far !!!

The packaging was nice, yet straight to the point. I ordered the black trainer with the zipper. I noticed it had hooks as well. While trying it on I thought it’d be too small, but it fits perfectly and I have the hooks on the tightest one, but the band has quite some ways to go. I’ll be able to use this trainer for a while!

It’s been a week and I’m seeing results with this product . I’ll be getting a smaller size soon

Very nice and comfortable waist trainer. The sizing is right, if you wear size M go for 2 XL. Does not irritate skin, the material is soft and smooth! I recommend the product, the quality is very good!

I am 5’5 150lb I bought a medium and it fits perfectly. I can actually stretch and work out in it, it’s long enough to fit over that little fat pocket at the bottom of your stomach. I love it best one I’ve ever bought highly recommend.

I’m happy I ordered the correct size (XL)! Being a mom who had a c section it fits perfect . I’m glad it covers everything. Just a heads up It feels comfortable when u have on high waisted jeans not skinny jeans. I can’t wait to use it when I go to the gym!!!

This is one of the best waist trainers I've purchased. It came sooner than expected, it's exactly as described, durable material and great value for cost.

I have it on the tightest row, I'm 5'7 and 145lbs. I ordered a small but should have gotten an XS, I prefer my waist trainers to fit very tightly, however the adjustable strap allows me to tighten a bit more. Will definitely purchase again when I'm ready to go down a size.

This is a must have if you’re looking to shape your body, have some back support it is a very comfortable and the price is just right! It is also long enough to go over your half of the lower belly. I’m 5’5, 235lbs and 2x fits me perfectly. Will be purchasing more in the future!!

I'm 5'6 and around 190lbs, so I decided to try out the XL. Holy poop this thing is so tight! I held it up to my body and almost cried. Getting into it was almost as difficult as putting toothpaste back into the tube. HOWEVER. Once I got it on it was so amazing. It's really comfy, the fabric is really nice, it is sturdy, and doesn't bunch up at all. I am in love.

 Always a good idea to get hook and eyes because you will lose weight and need to change sizes. I bought a small and it works since I am able to choose between the 3 rows. Love the three options and the Velcro belt addition is awesome too. A little long and cuts into my pelvis but love it otherwise. Makes a great figure too!

Just an FYI - waist trainers work when you WORK OUT. I suggest buying a sweet sweat or heating gel/lotion, applying it to your tummy and hips and then put the wrap over it before you workout. You’ll see a difference!

Let me begin by saying I had minimal expectations that this would be any different from other trainers I've tried. My apologies! This trainer really works very well. I have only been walking in it and I have not actually exercised but in a few short days I've lost almost an inch off my waist. It's hard to believe that it's working so fast. I'm 5'4 , 140 pounds but also a woman of a certain age so my stomach is beginning to take on that old lady bulge. Also my many fibroids don't help. In less than a week my clothes are fitting much better and I look better in them. I can say that after day 3 I wished I had ordered a size small instead of a size medium. I will definitely be ordering another. I love this thing! Try it you will not be disappointed.
