I am a curvy 5’5 177 and the meduim fits perfectly! Of course it takes a little work to clasp but that’s when there effective.

I love this product ! I’m in a size medium/ large in shirts and decided to go with a size large waist trainer band just to be sure. I weight 169 pounds at 5’1. I was right at the nose on this one because, It fits perfect ! There are 3 different clamps on your band including a zipper to zip up the waist trainer an tighten. You have a additional small little band to tighten your waist trainer which I love because it keeps everything in place. I usually wear it around the house all of the time an I use it to work out. This is a great buy. I suggest in getting a size up ! I could of went with a extra large but, I will do with the large that I have received.

I have tried this kind of product before and they were either cheaply made or just didn’t work. This product is comfortable to wear and you can’t even notice it under your clothes plus it works. I wear mine every day and I love it. People constantly ask if I lost weight. It’s a great product and a great value

This trainer is literally EVERYTHING!! Probably the best damn trainer I have ever freaking bought in my life!!! I got the trainer with the zipper because more convenient to me honestly! It does have corset buckles on the inner part and then you zippppy all the way up and strap! Let me tell you this is a GEM WORTH THE MONEY TO ME! I’m very picky when it comes to reading reviews on anything I buy! And I don’t know about some ladies if they’ve had problems or bad luck with their purchases but this beats my sweet sweat belt. This is all in one! Sweat belt and corset! 2 in 1!!

I originally ordered a xl based on the chart but it was to big. I had to exchange it for a large. It’s comfortable yet snug and I can still breathe. I ordered this to help define my waist/mid section while working out.

It covers the entire mid section. I’m super excited about that. I didn’t have issues with it rolling down either. As I get smaller I will make sure to order another one as well.

This is amazing! I like how it fits perfectly for me. And it is also adjustable. I am motivated to exercise with this waist trainer.

This waist trainer is just the perfect size for me. It can make me feel full all day and I can keep my diet. At the same time, it can offer me a straight posture because I won't bend my waist any more when I'm wearing this. Also, it provides me a slim waist look. Super good. I will definitely recommend my friends to the gym. Also, I remember that Kim Kardashian uses the waist trainer to make herself slimmer. Really it is a good tool for girls.

I wear a size shirt most of the time. It took some time to squeeze into the small size but I feel like I see results. Hard to hide under some clothes and give my boobs a shelved look so I wear this over a shirt to prevent that. Mostly happy

I have tried several waist trainers and I must say that I definitely prefer the 3 hook-and-eye connection better, to better achieve the hourglass type figure, which I am looking for. My body is what I would call pear shaped so it was easy to adjust to that with the hook-and-eye, unlike the last one I tried which was velcro. I was able to move into the next set of hooks (see photo), as I needed to, for it to fit my body shape, without it interfering with the functionality of the waist trainer. I am about 5'2 and weighing about 112 lbs, I ordered a medium and it was perfect. There is also an extra compression belt piece, if you will, that velcros together (over top of the hook-and-eyes) for extra support and tightness, further focusing on creating the hourglass shape. If wearing this waist trainer properly, you should notice a posture change. It can be worn under your work clothes are not form fitting as it has some thickness. Further maximize this waist trainer by using while working out.

I ordered a smaller size then what it said I should have ordered. I got an XXL and I weigh 179 lbs and I am 5’6. My problem area is my mid section. I’m not gonna lie it was a little tough to hook on the first hook At first But it does feel very comfy once I got it on all the way.

If you follow the sizing chart they have, it will fit correctly. I used this while working out and it definitely made me sweat more. It also seemed to help my posture. I felt so much taller wearing it since it was supporting my back.
I purchased the one with the zipper. There are still some small hooks you can use to hook it before zipping. That makes it so much easier to zip.

I have really enjoyed having this waist trainer at the gym, it makes me sweat so much, I wish it was offered in an extra small though.

I bought this because I wanted back support and posture help. It might help with loosing weight too. I did find myself sitting straight and it was amazing how much it supported my back. I have bulging disks and found major relief. I don't think it was designed for this but I love it. I plan on wearing it several hrs a day to help me out. I have a 31 inch waist and a small was great.
