I have a 35 waist and bought a XXL which was too big so i returned it for a XL and it fits perfect! (I am 5'5 and about 160lbs) Seems like really good quality too. Does leave a little bulge in the back but the bra does cover it. I really like the length of it too, it's long enough to tuck into almost any bottoms. Very happy with my purchase

I honestly bought this in hopes of helping muscle separation from having my 4 babies and I've worn it for a month now and have seen a massive improvement as did my doctor! I was very sceptical and after reading many and I mean many reviews lol I decided to give it a try and I'm soooo glad I did! I love everything about this product....it was everything I was hoping for and more and fits better than any other I have tried and is cheaper than some I've bought. I recommended it to my sister and she also saw improvement and loves it and has bought herself 2 in different sizes. And she also suffers from back pain and has said it helped her by relieving her pain some too. I would recommend this product to anyone. I did notice the sizing was difficult tho...I went off the sizing chart and bought a large and it was too big so needed to buy a medium which is now too big for me and I'm currently waiting for my small :) I don't feel like it was a waste of money nor did I feel the need to return it because I did give my sister the large which fit perfectly on her. All in all I love this and am very impressed!

Love it ! I am 5 7 and weigh 165, I'm a bit on the thicker side . I ordered a large and it fits snug. It's tight but I can breathe lol I mean it's supposed to be tight ! But if your unsure I would suggest the xl . My hooks are on the closest setting for now . I'm hoping to get to the middle setting soon :) it's a bit tedious to put on the first time , You have to start hooking from the bottom up , but it gets easier every time . It's comfortable , and doesn't fold , it doesn't feel cheap at all ! I personally love it !

It’s perfect! I loved it! This is my 2nd time buying one, The first one lasted me about 11 months but it might of been because I put it in the washer a lot of times. But very good product! Wear it during workouts and when I sleep. It’s the best waist trainer I’ve tried so far.

I bought this waist trainer a few weeks ago and I absolutely adore it. I can't go a day without wearing it because not only does it instantly flatten my tummy, but I can tell how it is beginning to somewhat tone my figure. To give you an idea of my frame I am 5'9, wear a 16 in bottoms, and usually wear a size XL in shirts but I can fit an L most of the time. I believe my waist size is a 38in or 40in but I'm not too sure because it's been a while since I've measured myself. The fact that I didn't really know my waist size did make the ordering process a bit confusing, and I ended up ordering a 2X. At first I was afraid that the 2X wouldn't fit and that I would have to return it, but when I tried it on the fit was perfectly tight (it is a waist trainer after all). It didn't take too long to fasten the first row of hooks and it looked great when I put it on. The first day I wore it to work, I had no issues whatsoever and had it on for 8 hours! The next week I still wore it for at least 8 hours each day and the only problem I had was the very bottom of the waist trainer starting to curl up on my side and lower back if I wore it longer than about 10 hrs. This does cause a little discomfort, but I think that's due to the fact that I have a longer torso and more lower back fat than some. All I have to do most of the time is pull it down at the sides so it can stay put. I'm now starting to keep the waist trainer on for as long as I can each day and I've reached 12hrs so far! So my advice is don't be afraid, try it!

Im 23 YEARS old I weigh about 130 and I'm 5'3 and I wasn't sure what size to get so I got medium and I was hoping it wouldn't be to big but not to small either, I was hoping it would atleast fit at the very first row of hooks so I could make it tighter when my waist got smaller.. AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT I GOT!!! I LOVE IT!! I use it when I go to the gym, when I go to work EVERYTHING!!!

I bought the short torso because I'm 4'10. I read many reviews before deciding and I'm so glad I did! As one review mentioned, measure before you buy! I bought one size down because obviously, I wanted it to fit right. I measured loosely and measured by sucking in (using this measure as my purchase size) to make sure a smaller size would fit. Its comfortable, expandable, and great quality. If you're looking for a product to help with waist trimming, or posture please give it a try. I love it and you will too.

Go a size down!

I have had this for months now, and it is very well built. I could tug this thing around me harder that your momma used to pull your pigtails, but the fabric holds up, and the clasps hold up. I have never had a worry in this world that it would rip or snap.

This product is amazing for learning good posture, as well as looking better under your clothing, and portion control when eating. I really love this thing, a lot.

I first ordered an extra small because it said that it would fit 0-2 sizes but it was way too small! Definitely more like a 00. I returned that one and bought this size and it fits perfectly! I am a size 1-2 in clothing and im 5'2 & 115lbs. This small size fits more 0-2 than the x-small. Overall im enjoying this product and have noticed a small difference since I started a week ago.

I have tried 3 other waist trainers off of amazon before I found this one and its great! I love the latex and how easily it stretches.
