I started to use this about 6 months after I had two babies. I gained about an extra 30-35 pounds. I was tired of the way I looked and didn't have much time to exercise. It was hard to put it on at first took me maybe 5 min to really squeeze into it and it was so uncomfortable for me. The first day I wore it I barley got it to latch on the first set without breaking lol. I wore it for about 2 hours then took it off. The next day i wore it for 8 hours and I got more used to it and wasn't uncomfortable anymore this is my third day and I am already on the second latch and wore it for 8 hours again before I took it off I was already almost fitting into the third set!! I was shocked. It also helps suppress your appetite and I always tend to snack at night now I don't. I haven't weighed myself but I fit in my clothes so much nicer now. And my stomach looks tighter then it did. So happy I got this I can't wait to see more results in about a month or so.

It fit me as expected, came packaged and tagged, nice material. So far so good it really helps me with my posture I honestly didn't know how bad my posture was until I put one of these on. I will update once I have worn it for lengthy amount of time.

I love this waist trainer! I had to return the size I got and get a size down but it is perfect now and surprisingly comfortable! I am a size 14 and the 3x is perfect!

I thought this corset was going to be too small, i put it around my waist and there was a 3-4 inch gap to where I thought it was impossible to close. I tried again with a little more Patience and started from the top down to the bottom and, it fit! The whole concept of this is to squeeze your waist line so it's suppose to be hard to put on. Once on it feels like no other waist trainer. I had one where it just dug into my waist by my belly button but this one is enforced with good material to prevent it. I'm using this Postpartum, I'm 5'2 and 145lbs with a 32 waist line and ordered a size MEDIUM.

I had so many low expectations even from awesome reviews. I got this cuz my body is not as it use to be lol I am a round pelota and my shape is not longer there. It came in a sturdy zip bag. I really didnt expect much from this product. I tried it once and it was really difficult to do it on my own, 20 minutes later and a sore thumb lol I got it on. I was really impressed! you can see an hour glass figure, my posture was so much better. I really liked this product. I got it in a 4x so all my plus sized gals who are size 18/20 you should really try it! i was skeptical with the one plus size babe review, but it really does work! happy customer.

I'm 5'5 122lbs- small fits perfect. As crazy as this sounds the first time I wore it, it was so hard to get on but it's SUPPOSED to be. I wore it for an hour and took it off and honestly I saw change. The second time it was so much easier putting it on. This works you need to stay consistent with it tho. Great diet and exercise will go along way too.

I highly recommend this waist trainer. I got mine on Tuesday and it was a little difficult to get on but now it's Friday and putting it on was effortless. I'm 4'11 and 130 pounds, I wear a medium in shirts and I'm a 3/5 in jeans so I ordered a medium. It's been less than a week and I already see results. I sit up straighter, eat less, and drink mor water than ever. I do work out in it like do cardio. I use hot cream and plastic wrap underneath my waist trainer when I work out. I absolutely love how I look with it on, it gives me such an amazing shape. I can't wait to see my results in a few weeks. I'm almost ready to go to the second set of hooks. I wear it for about 11 hours a day, all day in the office at work and after work I work out. The material is very durable, soft inside and rubbery outside. This thing is great.
