I was a little worried that it wouldn't be good quality because of the price but I received it and it's very nice! I'm 5'8 and 160lbs and decided to order an XL, it fits great. I wore it on the first setting for w couple weeks and now I'm on the second setting!

Absolutely love this item. With so many different manufacturers it was a hard decision to make because a lot of items on this site is affordable. Anyhow, the shipping was fast and when I first got the package I assumed it would have been to big but surprisingly my husband and I both had to tackle getting me into it. It appears to be shaping my waist line already which is exactly what I am going for (gave birth to a baby girl on 08/03). I am extremely pleased and I hope the quality last.

Awesome customer service. I originally ordered a medium but in the end the small was a much better fit for me. I have a 30 waist and the medium was tight at first but they have some stretch to them after a few days, so the small compressed my waist better. I am happy with my waist trainer. Thank you!

I thought it didn't fit at first after squeezing forever but watched a video that you put it on higher then half way down you slide it to fit. Awesome, we'll made product. Definitely will be ordering a second.

Very tight, love that. Always feel like it is working immediately haven't use it for very long though to notice a dramatic difference. I usually wear s medium in clothes and 9 in pants and I ordered a medium it's really up to you for fit

I absolutely love this corset and its perfectly priced as well. I wore it consistently for a week and loved the results. I have purchased another one and will be posting pictures for my next review. I am 5' 4 , weigh 125 lbs with a 26 waist (at the time I ordered), I got a size small which fit perfectly and as suggested in corset weight training started with the first row of hooks, by the end of week 1, I was on the last row and needed an X-Small, so I reordered it.
