So far a great product! I just got it today and I weigh 137, 5'6 and i wear a size medium in tops so I assumed a medium would fit. It barely did! Definitely go a size up !!!!

I love this. It fits me just right. I know by next month with regular exercise, I will be on to the next row of hooks. I've ordered 2 different ones before this and they have lost their shape and fit moving down to my next size. This trainer seems to be more sturdy.

I usually wear medium shirts and I got a medium and it fits perfectly. It fits snug of course but I can easily get through the day with it on.

The fabric is great quality but I order a xs thinking it was going to be perfect for me and it is too small, to put it on takes a lot of effort. If I would ask for bigger size it will be perfect. I am 110 pounds, 5'4. I extremely recomendable it just make sure to order the right size for you.

Thought it was too small at first I ordered a small well when it came in it was hard to put on but I kept trying and it was my fit. Takes time to get used to , hopefully it works in the meantime it helps with my Back!

This is a frat piece of shape wear. High quality and comfortable. Makes my waist and tummy look great! Wire it for 12 hours on my sisters wedding day, although it did get hit, that's to be expected.

I'm a size large and have a 31 inch waist. I put it in the largest setting and I have back fat hanging over because it's so tight. It's hard to put on and hurts my fingers from pulling so much. I'm stiff as a board after I get it on but it does pull in my stomach really well. I plan on losing weight anyway so it's not that big of a deal for me.

After spending $70 or more on waist trainers that fall apart after a few months I decided to try out the YIANNA brand because it's reasonably priced. I've always thought you get what you pay for, so I did not set my expectations high for this product. My package arrived yesterday and I'm beyond impressed. This product is 4 times cheaper than the brands I've previously purchased and it appears to be a better product. If you didn't know better, you would expect to pay $$$ for this item. My only advice is to make sure you pay attention to their size chart. I usually can wear a small in the squeem brand, but I wear a medium in YIANNA. I'm 5'3 , 133lbs, waist is 28 . Hope my feedback helps.

I ordered it a little small on purpose so I wouldn't (eventually) need to order a smaller one. It fits a bit snug... I could barely get it on the first time, but is now much easier to get on one I broke it in. It is super comfortable and very high qualitt/durable.. can't beat that price either!

I got 3X based on the reviews. But I'm 190 Ibs and 5'8. Though everyone is shaped differently so this isn't very accurate as far as proportions go. I was able to do the second and third hooks upon arrival. But the 3rd hooks were more of a struggle. When done with that will order a smaller size. For price it's a great product. I was skeptical when reading reviews, but reluctantly bought anyways. Glad I did!

I still have 5stars because I got the wrong size. I thought it ran small but it runs at the right size. So if your a medium get a medium
