I ordered a large I believe and I was afraid it was going to be too small based on the reviews I've seen . The waist trainer fits perfectly . I wear a size 9/10 in jeans and my waist is 37 . Today is my first day wearing it while I'm working . So I hope I have some good results. It makes you eat and drink less. There were no rips, nor was I uncomfortable . Great waist trainer , I'm hoping it works.

I just got it today. I put it on, it was a little was a little difficult to put on but I managed and it fits very well! My hubby didn't even notice I was wearing it under my shirt cause of how sleek it is. It's very comfy once you get it on. I can breath easily and move around. I can wait to see results in a couple of weeks! I'm 5'7 196lbs and got a 3xl just make sure that it would fit.

Love this. Was a great help to me after having my baby. I wore this the first six weeks post partum since as described it is still breathable. I purchased the size S at first and now wear the size XS in the stiffer version.

Love it! Be sure to measure waist and follow size chart for perfect fit. Bought two breathable ones and have no regrets. Plan on buying more in the future. I wear them everyday under and over my clothes. They have helped me tremendously with my back pain as well. I had surgery 5 months ago due to a severe spinal cord injury and these have provided amazing support compared to other things I have tried. Thank you so much.

Got me looking great! I really like this one. It is also low enough on your abdomen so that if you have had babies you can get your lower belly bulge flattened out some. I looked at MANY and there are great ones out there, it just depends on what you need. So this one is wonderful for me. It goes high and it goes low.
