I ordered a size medium and I normally wear small to medium in clothes. The medium fit pretty well but it's about a month later and I'm kind of wishing I ordered a small instead because I can already wear the waist trainer on the tightest row comfortably. But overall it's nice and comfortable. I'll be ordering the next size down pretty soon :)

I've worn this for about a week now. I looked up a schedule on Google to see how long I should wear it on each day. I wish this had been included in the package. The first couple days I was only able to hook it on the middle hooks. The last two days I have been using the last set of hooks, which is the tightest. I can see a small difference in my abs, and I know being able to wear it on the last set of hooks means it's working. I do exercise daily and try and eat well (no fried foods or excessive sweets). I'm looking forward to continued inches lost and better posture, as it does help a lot with that.

I'm 5'7 the torso length for me was perfect. Just below my bust and right at my waistline for great coverage. Feels and looks great under clothing. Im always on my feet so overall comfort was pretty satisfactory

I bought this waist trainer in May. I didn't really know how to use it, so I would wear it to bed at night. After doing some research, I learned that beginners should only wear it for 2 hours at the most. So I immediately stopped wearing it to bed. I felt that two hours wasn't enough unless I worked out or went running. Then I began to go running. When I first put it on, I felt really self conscious about the way my back fat would lap over the waist trainer. I kept wearing it for the 3 days I would go running a week. After about three weeks of running, it wasn't so tight anymore and my back fat didn't stick out so I figured, its time to move to the second latch. I moved onto it, started running 4-5 days a week and within two weeks of that, I moved onto the third one. Now, the third one was really tight the first few days of wearing it, but I think the running helped me get used to it faster. I can definitely see the difference that this waist trainer has had on me. I started with a Large and I plan on coming back for a Medium very soon! For this of you who are beginning, don't harm yourself by excessively wearing it. Find ways you can wear it and sweat like crazy while u wear it. I put a plastic bag underneath and I sweat an unbelievable amount! If youre having second thoughts, just buy it! But please please, PLEASE, measure your waist and buy the correct size otherwise you will be disappointed.. Not because of the quality, but because of your own decisions. The bars did bend, but the bent into the form of my curves, which is something I'm pretty sure should happen. I definitely recommend this product! Good luck to anyone choosing to purchase this!(:

Now I sweated putting this thing on. But it was definitely worth it after I got it on. It fits great it'll probably be better if you had somebody to help you get into it my midsection has definitely been one of my biggest problems. And as of the last two years I've gained a lot of weight just in my midsection only. So I'm hoping that this is going to do the trick and get my midsection back on the control and try to get those muscles tightened up. I may post some updated pictures maybe in the next couple of months just so that way then you can see the difference.
I don't know if this will help you or not but I am 5'5 and I weigh 187 lbs my waist is a 33 my hips are 38.

Just got my waist trainer today and I'm in love I started my weight loss journey 1 month ago and needed something to help with my stomach and love handles it holds everything and I am very pleased shipping only took 4 days I'm 5'7 338 pounds and I bought it in a 6X only took about 2 minutes to put it on by myself I hope this is helpful.

Fits really well and is very comfortable. I have tried on a few different types of waist trainers and they were beyond uncomfortable so I ended up returning them. I am definitely going to keep this one and will be wearing it all the time.

I bought this product in hopes it would smooth my shape after having a baby and have been very happy with it so far....I wear it while walking and exercising. It's very supportive and doesn't roll up or dig in. It really helps me with my posture and overall does a nice job smoothing my belly and love handles. It is difficult to get into the first time but It has gotten more comfortable to wear.
