let me just say that this product is amazing!! When i first got it, I thought it's pretty small, and i was having a hard time putting it on. But After a week of wearing im down to the second button!! Unbelieveable! I'm wearing it everyday for 8 hours when i go to work! Its comportable. I think im gonna be ordering smaller size soon. I ordered the large size and my waist was 34.

My recommendation on buying this waist shaper is, first make sure to measure your waist. This is done by measuring from your belly button all the way around. It is best to go one size larger of your dress size.

The best thing about this waist shaper is that it slims me instantly, allowing me to have a more shapely figure. I feel I have more back support and better posture when I wear it. I also notice that my core is working more; both my back and abdomen are targeted.

Love that it gives me that hourglass shape. Not only does it make my waist look smaller but it also enhanced my bust which I love.
Make sure when putting it on, the tag is on top. You start by wrapping the corset around your midsection. When securing the hooks always start from the bottom and work your way up.

Having worn this for some time, I have noticed that my abdomen has reduced and my back pain has disappeared. It has made all my clothes look much nicer, the only drawback is that it's too hot to wear during summer.

The YIANNA Women's Latex Sport Girdle Waist Training Corset Waist Shaper is great. It does seem to run a little small. For looses setting my suggestion is to size up. So far it doesn't turn up at the bottom. It is nice and long unlike most products like this. It is thick so with most cotton shirts or dresses it shows that something is underneath your clothing. I'm highly satisfied and for the price and quality it'll be difficult to find somewhere else.

I wear between a L and XL in shirts and wasn't sure about the sizing so I went along with the size chart and got a 4XL for me and a 5XL for another family member but the 5X came in 2-3 days which both fit just right being able to close on the last row of hooks but the 4X took weeks and I was unhappy about that but the customer service was great and sent me a free trainer in a smaller size to make up for taking so long! I got a 2X and am able to fit that on the first row, which it's supposed to fit tight so that's my correct size. Overall , I love it and the quality! I sleep in the 4X and wear it out in public and the 2X I use to exercise in for extreme results!

This is an amazing product! It fits perfect and even has adjustments so you can make it a few inches bigger or smaller! Very comfortable on and you can wear it almost under anything without seeing lines or bulging!

I love this trainer, I have bought 3 so far, and I will say this is far the BEST one ever... it does it's JOB, fit's perfectly, and gives me that look that all us women are looking for FLAT AND SMOOTH i would recommend this to everyone that want's to waist train. Now I'm just waiting for the results, even if I don't get results, I'll still wear it, because it looks GOOD underneath my clothes and no one can even tell I'm wearing it. BEST PRODUCT EVER I'm glad my co worker turned me onto to this one!

The quality is awesome, but even though I took my measurements carefully before purchasing it, I think I ordered one too big, My waist is 26inches so I ordered an XS (even though it says Size XS:Waist: 22.4 -25.6 ,Height 10.6 ), but sadly I can make it to the third road already and the first day I could use it for 4 hours, and today 6. It barely reduced my waist 2 inches, and I can eat as much as before. All this tells me it's not the proper size even it squeezes my tummy a little bit. So I don't know what happened to the woman who says the size runs small, in my case it runs big.
But I have no complaint about the quality and how comfortable it is, obviously it's a corset, not a cotton t-shirt, but the wires won't stick into my skin.

It was great for what the purpose in which was needed which was to flatten out the belly for an indeterminate amount of time. It truly was an authentic corset because when I put the hooks in a really tight it made me lightheaded just as a true corset would but when at the appropriate size it did its job wonderfully.

I am 5'8 and 145lbs needed a large and it was tough to get on.

I am pretty non curvy though so hopefully it will help waist train. Very comfortable.

I've tried MANY waist trainers but this one by far is the BEST yet I would prefer u measure your waist before u order tho just to get best results I ordered a xxxl and I'm on the last hook I think I'm going to order again and get a xxl to snug me more. OTHER than that it fits perfect , very comfy and really helps your posture & apperance !

I just got my waist trainer today and I love it!!! I'm very happy shipping took only 5 day. I'm 5'4, 140 pounds and my waist 30 inch... I bought size Medium because thats my regular size and honestly it fit perfectly..

My recommendation... don't get a larger size that you normally are... I supposed to get the size large because that why the size chart say.. but I'm happy that I got the Medium it's perfect!!!
