First things first, sizing depends on what type of YIANNA waist trainer you purchase! I purchased the 25 steel boned trainer, which is very sturdy and much more aggressive than the standard, which also means no stretch! When ordering and you are going with something like the breathable fabric option, or the regular number of boning supports, go ahead and order your t-shirt size. But if ordering the 25 steel boned option, order by waist measurement only! Measurements are from hooks to first set of hooks on the busk. This is also what I would consider to be longer than usual. My order came quickly, the garment was as advertised and had no odor as others have noted. I suggest wearing a corset liner or wiping your midsection down with rubbing alcohol before and after to keep your skin from breaking down. Also, follow a seasoning sechedule, this prolongs the life of your garment immensely and prevents bruising. Happy cinching!

Love this. I had to order the 2XL (5' 4 & 155 lbs). So comfortable I can wear all day. It is stinky though. I hope the rubber smell goes away. I smell like a tire. Very sturdy and does the trick!

I did much research on which waist trainer to purchase. I didn't want to spend a lot of money up front, because what if I hated it?

I'm 5'3 and a size 12, 40' waist (postpartum). I ordered the 3XL and it couldn't have fit better! It is a bit long, but no too long that it's uncomfortable to wear. I do feel a great difference in the way my shirts fit and it is not bulky under clothes. I would highly recommend it for beginning waist training!

I have heard and bad things on these but I absolutely love mine!!! I had a c section a little over a year ago and I was not planning on one. My muscles are kaput and I don't have the best eating habits I didn't know portion control. But this helps me not eat so much also! I drink lots of water now and these pictures are using it for two weeks!!! The first photo is now and the second two weeks ago

I'm 5'2 and 156 pounds. I got the XL. I always wear my pants over my stomach. I don't understand why people let their stomachs hang over. It looks gross, but for this review I did that so you can see how big I really am and how great this worked. It completely sucked me in. I looked great!

Perfect for women with long torsos! I tried the (much more expensive) Kardashian-endorsed waist trainer and it was too short for my long waist. This is the perfefct length, the quality of the material is about the same (sometimes have to bend the hooks back into shape a little, but that's a small price to pay) and its much less pricey. This essentially works like super-spanx.
I never leave home without it.
